Not every problem is a simple screen or battery swap. Our Other Hardware Issues service covers the odd stuff: fan replacement, damaged ports, broken hinges, speaker/mic problems, trackpad issues, Wi‑Fi card trouble, intermittent power, and more. We begin with a $69 diagnostic to properly identify the root cause and avoid unnecessary parts or labor. If you choose to proceed with the repair, we roll that $69 into your final repair bill.
